Site blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island among the photographs.
Furthermore included in this recent photograph drop appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and contains a key detailing distinct sections of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring designs for boat shelters.
